Notation Formation 3D

I'm building this project to get a better understanding of what I need for a 3D (Top-Down Plus) Shooter.  After seeing this project evolve, I am going back to sprites to better understand how its done completely with sprites.  I will be back in 3D later to combine 3D and 2D sprites for an interesting in game experience.  this project is not really done yet and the High Scores is not yet active.  I'm posting it up though to show the progress.  It's taking far too long so I will be doing 2D stuff for the next few days.
