I added all the Practice Arenas.  Hit ESCAPE to access the PAUSE MENU.
Click the level you want load.  Sometimes it remains pause when the level begins to load.  Just hit ESCAPE again to start the load.  Wait for 8 second and the level will be full loaded so you can walk around.  The crowd and players are generated randomly at run time, so they are different every time.
